Flavours

We offer different types of fillings and sponge flavours. We use 3 main types of frostings. These are explained below.


Buttercream
This is a light and fluffy cream, ingredients are butter and icing sugar.

Swiss Meringue
This is made with egg whites and sugar. It is smoother, silkier and denser than ordinary buttercream.

Chocolate Ganache
A mix of double cream and chocolate. This is very rich and used to make truffles. its excellent for chocolate cakes. White chocolate ganache is great with rasberries and strawberries, a beautiful ligher filling compared to the dark chocolate option.
