We offer different types of fillings and sponge flavours. We use 3 main types of frostings. These are exlained below.
This is a light and fluffy cream, ingredients are butter and icing sugar.
This is made with egg whites and sugar. It is smoother, silkier and denser than ordinary buttercream.
A mix of double cream and chocolate. This is very rich and used to make truffles. its excellent for chocolate cakes. White chocolate ganache is great with rasberries and strawberries, a beautiful ligher filling compared to the dark chocolate option.
