All Cakes made by Sweet Indulgent Fancies are subject to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STORAGE<\/strong>
Fondant or the soft cake covering should not be stored in the fridge as the icing becomes sticky and the colour runs. These should be stored in a cool dry place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDERS<\/strong>
Three months notice is needed for wedding cake bookings but we can accept cakes at short notice if the date is available. If a cake is ordered from a photo of another cake we will not copy it but use the idea. It wont be the exact replica.
Payment is needed to confirm a booking. Until payment is received your order cannot guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENT AND<\/strong> BOOKING FE<\/strong>E
For wedding cakes we require a \u00a375 non-refundable booking fee which secures the date for your cake order. For smaller cakes we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to confirm the order and hold the date. This will be deducted from the final balance. The final balance is to be paid 4 weeks before delivery or pick up<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POSTPONEMENT<\/strong> AND CANCELLATIONS<\/strong>
All booking fees are non – refundable. The booking fee covers the work already carried out such as deisgns, quotes, emails, consultations etc.
If for any reason we cant make your cake through illness or circumstances beyond our control we will give you a full refund.
In light of the Covid -19 situation during lockdown we will offer a full refund of a cancelled cake and try our best to reschedule if needed.
Last minute cancellations will not be refunded.

CONSULTATIONS<\/strong>
Consultations are by appointment only and are only applicable to wedding cakes and large cake orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRICE QUOTATIONS<\/strong>
All price quotations written or verbal are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAKE STAND HIRE<\/strong>
We offer cake stand hire. A hire fee and plus a security deposit is required in advance. It is the buyers responsibility to return the stand within 3 days. If their is any damage to the cake stand we will not return your security deposit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DAMAGES<\/strong>
If cakes are being picked up we do not accept any responsibility for damage that has happened while transporting.
We cannot be liable to any damage held liable for any cakes we have set up at the venue or delivery location and received a signature for the safe receipt of the goods.
If the cake or products are collected from us we cannot be held liable for any damages once they have left our premises. The vehicle should be clean and the cake placed in the footwell or the boot fully secured.This is the responsibility of the buyer.The cake can be very fragile so driving slowly is a must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION<\/strong>
We do offer delivery of your cakes. We charge per mile. Contact us for prices.
Wedding cakes and larger cakes are automatically delivered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NON EDIBLE COMPONANTS<\/strong>
Our cakes may contain non edible componants such as dowels in tiered cakes, cocktail sticks in figures and fresh flowers. These must be removed before serving and eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPLAINTS<\/strong>
If you are not happy with a cake it must be returned within 48 hours. We will not deal with complaints if the cake has already been eaten. Refunds will be given at our own disgretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
