This is the second cake Ive ordered from Julie and again she over delivered. I was quite vague about what I wanted, showed her a picture and she ran with it. I gave her very little time too. Beautifully moist cake – vanilla sponge with buttercream filling and a top tier of coffee and walnut ( My Dads favourite)

She asked Julie to make her an 80th Birthday cake with a musical theme and also with the cake flavoured with Lemon and Elderflower. The cake was of a superb taste and texture and the decoration was exquisite. Julie also made some cake pops for the Children. So bravo Julie I would recommend you very highly
Julie made us the most incredible wedding cake – she was the only supplier we spoke to who was even willing to entertain something different, and she seemed genuinely excited to do so! It looked absolutely incredible – better than we had imagined – and tasted even better. It was a bit of a talking point at the wedding and everyone really loved it . . . there were only about 3 rice krispies and half a cornflake left. Would highly recommend Julie and Sweet Indulgent Fancies – will definitely be using her any time I have any excuse to!!

Julie made a beautiful cake for my husbands 70th birthday. I wanted a lemon flavoured cake and it was the best lemon cake we have ever tasted. It was moist, light and kept for days, in fact one week later it still tastes as good as the day we cut it. She decorated it beautifully, I didn’t really know how I wanted the cake decorated, but after talking it through she gave me some brilliant advice and I couldn’t have asked for better. We thoroughly recommend this lovely, talented lady.

Julie made me an incredible wedding cake, not only did it look amazing but it tasted great! Julie was really friendly and helpful incorporating some of my non traditional ideas….she had no problems creating a Scottish mountain scene on the cake completed with highland cow. To top it off the bride and groom on the cake actually looked like us down to the grooms “man-bun”! I would definitely recommend Julie and her amazing cakes!

Julie made my birthday cake and 40 cup cakes for the staff at work they were gone in 2 hours. She made my grandsons birthday cake which he loved and even 2 weeks later the cake was still fresh as the day of his birthday. At Christmas I ordered Christmas cake which was fabulous handmade chocolates which were to die for short bread that just melted in your mouth chocolate Viennese biscuits which we were all fighting for and a beautiful pavlova which white chocolate round the sides, sausage rolls which she did as a special favour to me. She makes gluten free Christmas cake for my friend. She is a very special lady and will always go the extra mile if you ask her to make something
