Hi, I’m Julie Nolan and I own and run Sweet Indulgent Fancies. I am a fully qualified pastry chef. I worked at the Queens Hotel and the Normandie Hotel and have over 30 years experience of making delicious sweet fancies!
I am very lucky that my job is something I really love and I genuinely think it is one of the best jobs in the world. My passion is designing and creating beautiful bespoke cakes.
It is so important to me that your special cake exceeds your expectations and its the perfect centrepiece for your special day or event.
The process starts with a consultation with you the client. I like to get to know what you want, this is both in terms of flavour and design. We are also happy to cater for any special dietary requirements.
Our kitchen has a 5* Food and Hygiene rating and we are fully insured.
